Malaysia sports some of the finest national parks in South East Asia. Here you'll find photos of Taman Negara in West Malaysia, probably Malaysia's best known national park and of national parks in East Malaysia. Semenggoh (near Kuching, Sarawak) and Sepilok (near Sandakan, Sabah) are two Orang Utan rehabilitation centres devoted to reintegrating captive Orang Utans into the wilderness. Bako, Niah and Mulu are the most important national parks in Sarawak while Mt. Kinabalu NP and Tunku Abdul Rahman NP are the most interesting ones in Sabah. Tanjung Datu and Similajau are coastal national parks in Sarawak, with pristine beaches and a beautiful coastline.
