Koh Tao

The small island of Koh Tao is located in the Gulf of Thailand and belongs to the archipelago of Koh Samui. Fifteen years ago it was like a Robinson Crusoe island, but in 1995 tourists started visiting this wonderful place, coming especially for diving and snorkeling. You can reach Koh Tao by boat from Chumphon in about seven hours or from Koh Phangan in 3 hours.
