Las Ramblas

Las Ramblas are a pedestrian area connecting Placa da Catalunya with the waterfront. Slightly less than 1km long, the area is bordered on both sides by plane trees. Here there are shops, life, people, restaurants etc. Buildings with interesting architecture, mostly neoclassical, lie along this street. In the pedestrian area in the middle there are shops, stalls and street artists and caricaturists.
