Gardens by the bay

The Gardens by the Bay is a public park adjacent to the Marina reservoir and the Marina Bay Sands hotel. They were built on reclaimed land and extend over 101 hectares. The Gardens were built between 2008 and 2012 and include a number of attractions. The highlights are the Supertrees Grove, a set of futuristic artificial steel trees illuminated at night and the Flower Dome, which contains a park with different, controlled climates.
